This was an amazing boot camp. It was great because it fit my schedule so I could still work and learn these valuable skills. I loved that everything was skills focused and not all theoretical. The instructors and TA's are amazing and helpful and truly want you to succeed. Make relationships with your classmates and instructors. They'll push you and help you achieve success even when it's hard and you think you can't do it. I highly recommend this course. It was an amazing learning and growing experience for me. I hope it will be for you too when you take it!

I've spent the last few years as a stay-at-home-mom knowing I want to return to work and make a career change at the same time. I chose web development for various reasons and discovered it was possible to obtain training without obtaining a traditional degree. Since I have zero prior technical experience I enrolled in a Udemy course and quickly discovered I didn't have enough context and would really benefit from a classroom setting. That's when I found the GA Tech Bootcamp. Knowing GA Tech's excellent reputation in the business community I knew their program would have high standards and be very rigorous. In order to make a career change, I wanted and needed a program that would be credible.
The curriculum is designed to be immersive and hands on. It requires being pushed outside of comfortzones. If you think drinking from a fire hose is rough, this is more like trying to drink from a broken fire hydrant.... With this program you get out what you put in. If you ask for help, you get it. The staff is top notch! The instructors are amazing. Everyone, from staff to classmates were incredibly supportive and encouraging. When I started I had no idea what 'Full Stack' meant. By the end of the program I had a portfolio full of amazing, full stack applications. Completing this course and attending graduation is an accomplishment I'm proud of. This was more difficult than grad school but if I can learn this I can learn anything. And...If I can do it.....anyone determined.... can too!

Pros:
- Most immediate benefit is a guided curriculum of the latest fundemental technologies.
- Holistic support from instructors, ta, and success manager including job preparation with iterative feedback that helped me get my first developer job.
- Group or "House" study groups, competitions for udemy courses as prizes, and learning collaborative git and agile practices working in a group.
- My instructors and TAs held additional extra topics sessions for other technologies not taught in the curriculum.
- Dedicated weekly 1-on-1 tutor and the ability to ask specific questions that may not be answered on stack overflow.
Cons:
- If you have any experience in web development, the first few weeks will feel slower.
- Too many todo list assignments, although admittedly it is the most efficient way of learning all the REST methods.
Overall, there is a lot to learn in the developer world, and having friends or classmates to struggle with, bounce ideas off of, and compete with to make the best group projects goes a long way. The Georgia Tech Fullstack Coding Bootcamp stands out from other bootcamps due to the staff. My instructors were very engaging and made class enjoyable to learn.

I don't know where I start. Everything that this bootcamp has taught me is that I can do this. The instructors are awesome. They are really inspiring, and helped me so much throughout the entire process.
With anything in life you get what you put in. So if the administation, instructors, and TA's are telling you all along you have to do x, y, z to put yourself out there, you have to put yourself out there. They do a great job making sure you have all the resources to develop your...

Good course with practical curriculum, plenty of staff support, and lots of opportunities to go further if given the self-motivation. There's exposure to a lot of different technologies in a short amount of time so it can be curated to all experience levels. After taking the course - coming back as a teacher's assistant has been a fulfilling experience and helped reinforce the knowledge from a different perspective.

The Coding Bootcamp at Georgia Tech was a great experience. The instructors were passionate about teaching the curriculum, and the TAs were helpful when I got stuck. I found the instructors to be knowledgable, effective communicators invested in student success. Every week I had multiple positive interactions with members of the instructional team. The curriculum is relevant and the time I invested in this course has given me a wide range of skills in the field of web development. Some of you might ask why should I take this course over simply teaching myself through online resources? The answer is simple. Team work is essential if you wish to make this your profession. Georgia Techs Full Stack program gives students the opportunity to collaborate together and you simply will not find this opportunity if you are only focused on individual learning. Next, the collective experience of the instructional team is invaluable. If you are motivated to learn you will get value out of this course. The curriculum will push you in ways you would probably not push yourself, the instructors will challenge you, the TA's will guide you, and your fellow students will work with you. Career Services is excellent do not forget to take advantage of this. Lastly, you get out what you put in. Put in the time and effort, believe in yourself, and you won't be disappointed.

The Instructors were highly knowledgeable they and the TAs were all a great group of people. They were all displayed a real passion for the subject matter and were all very approachable and willing to to help out. I learned more in a short period of time than I would have thought possible. The only drawback to the course was the job assistance simply because at times the schedule for those events conflicted with class times, making it hard to keep up with the course material and the career services material.
