The CMU TechBridge Coding Bootcamp welcomes learners eager to break into or advance within the tech industry. This program is designed for recent graduates aspiring to make an impactful tech career, as well as professionals in non-tech roles looking to pivot to technical roles such as software development, data analytics, machine learning engineering, or AI programming.
To be eligible, applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED.
What is the enrollment process for getting into the CMU TechBridge Coding Bootcamp?
To enroll in the CMU TechBridge Coding Bootcamp, learners can start by applying online. Additionally, applicants may take a scholarship assessment to check if they qualify for financial assistance of up to $3,600 for tuition.
Following the test, the application review will commence. Applicants will be required to join an interaction call to elaborate on their motivation and career goals. An internal committee will decide acceptance and scholarship. Once accepted, applicants can complete the registration process by making the tuition payment.
How long does it take to complete the CMU TechBridge Coding Bootcamp?
The CMU TechBridge Coding Bootcamp offers two learning options tailored to fit different schedules:
Full-Time (16 Weeks): Designed for those aiming to accelerate their learning and launch their tech careers sooner, the full-time format includes live, interactive classes held Monday through Friday, with six hours of instruction daily.
Part-Time (32 Weeks): For a more adaptable pace, classes take place on three weeknights with 3-hour sessions, plus an additional 6-hour session on weekends.
Each format provides cohort-based learning sessions for collaboration and support, live faculty-led classes for real-time interaction, and extensive mentorship to build industry readiness.
