I completed the Sales Engineering course. Previously, I was a sales rep in b2b business and then in ed tech. What the Careerist team taught me was very different from the traditional sales techniques. My new job doesn’t imply selling products but finding ways of improving them. I fell in love with this occupation during the discovery & research stage of the internship simulator. While I was studying a startup wanted to hire me. Great, engaging experience that sets you up for success!
The course material is well organized and delivered in small doses. This allows for a high-level of comprehension and understanding of the subject matter for students. Sometimes the instruction can be confusing at times but after clarification and further explanation, it gets better. The instructors are awesome at responding to your questions. The course starts out with some background on the concept of Manual QA and the employment outlook. By week two you are introduced to main testing ...The course material is well organized and delivered in small doses. Those are the two main tasks you will be performing as QA engineer. After several projects, quizzes and self study...you're ready for your 2 internships. The first one is internal with Careerist and the second one is an external internship with a real company, doing actual tasks that emulate what you'll be doing in the real world. Lastly, comes the career coaching part of the boot camp which definitely is designed to set you up for success. All of this within a span of 15 weeks! Worth the money! Excellent bootcamp in Manual QA
I have currently completed my coursework with Careerist as well as my first internal project. What a great experience! All the instructors are experienced, passionate and excellent at helping their students learn the material. Like many others just starting, I was not confident at first but after my first internship I know I can do the work. All you have to do is follow their instructions. I am excited to start my real world internship next week. After that I will be placed with a mentor...I have currently completed my coursework with Careerist as well as my first internal project. What a great experience! All the instructors are experienced, passionate and excellent at helping their students learn the material. Informative and practice-oriented!
I love that the Manual QA course was set up with the idea that anyone could follow it regardless of their prior experience. You can really see how much work has been put into organizing the learning process properly.
The most impressive thing is that the tutors for the courses are not just ordinary teachers who only work for the money. All the instructors I’ve met during my 2 courses (Manual & Automation QA) are actually working elsewhere within the spheres they teach. Receiving k...I love that the Manual QA course was set up with the idea that anyone could follow it regardless of their prior experience. You can really see how much work has been put into organizing the learning process properly.

All the instructors I’ve met during my 2 courses (Manual & Automation QA) are actually working elsewhere within the spheres they teach. Receiving knowledge from experienced practitioners that have a passion for their job is the most effective, IMHO! I saw people here talking about how difficult it is to change spheres and begin studying something new, but very few mentioned that paying for the courses can also be a problem for some people. Quick and impactful
I absolutely love how the courses are concise and relevant. When I decided to go into IT, I didn’t exactly have a lot of money saved up, so long courses with lots of unnecessary information weren’t my kind of thing, since I needed to get done as quickly as possible.

Careerist Tech Sales course
One of Careerist’s advantages is that they provide full support for their graduates until the job contract is signed. I graduated from the Sales Engineering course and had the platform’s support all the way until I got a job 2 months after graduating. I absolutely love how the course is organized so you get so much more than just lectures. Today, I’ve graduated from the QA Manual boot camp. To all of those who came before me — thank you for paving the way. The lectures and the following internships were constructive, invigorating and highly encouraging for a fruitful professional success. I can see myself working in this field. Specially, during the internships ( two of them following each other) we encountered many “bugs” and some blockers. As for me, the best thing about Careerist courses is that they are done in a bootcamp format.
You have tons of materials and studying to do but the information given is the knowledge you will actually need. You get loads of homework but it’s the practical skills that you sharpen by doing it. The classes are quite intense but you can always ask a question and get a proper reply. What I’m trying to say is that you get a lot of important information that you will be able to apply in a very short amount of time.
