I am very satisfied with my learning experience at Hacktiv8. The Data Science program they offer is very comprehensive and well-structured. One of the things I liked the most about Hacktiv8 is the project-based learning approach. We were given many assignments and real-world projects that helped us apply theory into practice. This was very useful in preparing us for the challenges in the real working world. Additionally, the career support from Hacktiv8 is exceptional. They helped me prepare my resume and provided interview tips. I recommend Hacktiv8 to anyone who wants to start a journey in Data Science.

For someone with some experiences in the IT industry, the course is not recommended. Although at first the curriculum looks great and comprehensive, but the lessons were mostly guided self-exploratory. The mentors oftentimes were passive and unprepared. Most of our time was spent listening to them debugging issues that should not happen if they prepared for the lessons thoroughly.
After I graduated, they did give me access to their job portals, but I haven't received even one reply in the portals. Outside of their job portals, a few of their hiring partner did reached out to me, but I think all of them has rejected my application, because all the interview was stopped at HR level. My own personal connection is working a lot better in this case, because I received several technical tests from them whereas I received none from Hacktiv8 hiring partners. Also funny story, I received a technical test from a company because of my friends, yet Hacktiv8 claims that the company is their hiring partner.
Overall, I think this would be a good place to start if you have no clue at all on programming and IT industry. Otherwise, you'd be better off learning on your own, provided you have some basic knowledge and skills on any programming language.
