The curriculum was comprehensive, providing a solid foundation in essential skills while also offering hands-on experience with many of the tools and technologies commonly used in real-world data environments. The program was well-structured, ensuring a gradual and thorough learning experience.
The instructors were both knowledgeable and supportive. Most of them are professionals actively working in the data field, which allowed them to share valuable real-world insights and examples. A major highlight was their willingness to provide guidance, whether answering questions or assisting with the final project—even outside of regular lesson hours.
Additionally, the Job Assistance service was extremely helpful. Beyond presentations on crafting an effective CV, optimizing a LinkedIn profile, and preparing for job interviews, the program also offered one-on-one sessions with instructors. These sessions provided personalized feedback on resumes and LinkedIn profiles, as well as insights into the job market and tailored job search support.
Another valuable aspect of the bootcamp was the networking opportunities it created—not just with fellow students but also with instructors and past alumni. These connections proved to be an excellent resource for knowledge-sharing and career growth.
I should note that as the program progressed, the lessons and exercises became increasingly demanding. The final project, in particular, was the culmination of the bootcamp, requiring students to apply everything they had learned to build a real, working project—an experience that was both challenging and rewarding.
Overall, I highly recommend this program, as it delivers on its promises and provides a strong foundation for anyone looking to enter the data industry.

After visiting them during one of their open-houses, I knew it was the right match for me. The instructors struck me as kind, approachable, passionate, and above all, knowledgeable. The application process was smooth and the preparation material helped establish a baseline with which to hit the ground running from day one. The curriculum is what you would expect for a high quality Data Science bootcamp in 2025 but I found it to be differentiated by the instructors, all of whom are clearly passionate about what they are teaching and all of whom were very knowledgeable and had plenty of first-hand insights on best-practices within industry. I was also pleasantly surprised by how smooth the interaction was with the colleagues who did join online due to geographical constraints and felt that they were right there with us the whole time. After an intense three months, the capstone project was a rewarding challenge to close the course with and am excited about my prospects after having acquired a new set of tools for my engineering toolbelt. Highly recommended!

There's in-depth instruction across all the fundamentals of Data Science - from statistics and probability to the implementation of deep learning networks. For someone without a formal background in any of the subjects, it was definitely challenging. However, if you're truly committed to the process, you will not regret it.
After graduation, Concordia offers a series of workshops and lectures, as well as individual coaching from their in-house career coaches. They really set you up to succeed in your job search and help provide all the tools and direction you need to market yourself effectively to employers, and shine through the interview process.
I highly recommend Concordia to anyone looking to make a life-changing move into a career in tech.

The experience at Prime is one not just of learning but support. From the instructors, support staff, and extensive alumni there is so much after program support. When i was researching other programs in my area, I couldn't find any that had the comprehensive support that Prime has for its students and alumni. To include career support as part of the program is rare but at Prime it's just another piece of the puzzle. I felt that in 20 weeks of the program, I absorbed so much. My instructors for the Full Stack program were so helpful. The saying is at Prime it is a fire hose turned up to 100. It's an intense, full time program that demands a lot of it's students. But that intensity is what allows its students to be more flexible, adaptable, and also fosters an ability to learn new technologies AFTER the program that we otherwise wouldn't have had the ability to understand.

I really enjoyed my time at iO Academy. I chose this bootcamp mostly because it seemed to me that they proposed the most complete curriculum and they did not diI really enjoyed my time at iO Academy. I chose this bootcamp mostly because it seemed to me that they proposed the most complete curriculum and they did not disappoint! It was a very intense learning experience, but it is delivered in the best conditions:- small cohorts (up to 8 students) so it is always possible to ask questions and interact with the trainers
- amazing trainers, always available and supportive
- carefully crafted curriculum, it really felt like they refined it year after year to find the best way and timing to go through the curriculum, so I never felt overwhelmed
I also want to point out that they put a really big emphasis on how to work as a software engineer (e.g. working in an Agile team) and not just how to code. I found this extremely valuable (maybe more than the coding?) as it is a huge part of the job and I arrived in my 1st software engineer position really well prepared and knowing what to expect. On the coding side, they were dedicated to teaching us best coding practices. I am currently working in my 1st position as a software developer and so far my line manager has been pleasantly surprised by how much I've learned at iO Academy!
It took me a 4/5 months to land a job but the job market is a bit tough at the moment. I got some valuable advice from their career consultant which helped me land my current position. I would not necessarily expect to just walk into a job straight after the bootcamp (some of the students of my cohort did though!). iO Academy was definitely worth the time and the investment, and I would totally do it again!

Overall, the bootcamp is great - you learn a lot in a short amount of time. I would recommend a bootcamp if you are in a hurry to change careers. That being said, LHL is not responsible for the overarching job market / economic climate. When I graduated every tech giant was doing mass layoffs. Bear that in mind before making a decision. Nothing is guaranteed. After a total of 8 months (which includes 3months of bootcamp) i finally landed a junior dev role. And I was lucky. That being said, the support from career services was good. They help where they can. If I were to use an analogy: they are a passenger in the car you are driving. Is it worth the money? I'm not sure. I think that they do a lot of behind-the-scenes work that indirectly benefited me.
Overall, if you are passionate about tech and want to start your career, give it a go. Life is too short.
For curriculum I would prefer not spending a week on Ruby. I think the curriculum would be better served with an extra week with React or learning Typescript. Pivoting out of Javascript for a week didn't feel worth it to me. On top of that none of the TAs who picked up my request-tickets knew the language. The way the Data Science Dojo crew runs their bootcamp program is very thorough. The lessons and homework flow very intuitively. The modules covered build on concepts in a way that really helps with understanding. The instructors really promote class interaction which is good for tackling these topics in such a short time, getting our engagement rather than simply lecturing at us. They also encourage participation in a class Kaggle competition, which helps with additional free-form practical application of the concepts covered in class (plus some friendly competition for motivation). Most importantly, the instructors are very interactive, hands on, and passionate. They want to see every cohort succeed in their learning and you can see the labor of love that goes into teaching us, providing quality content both in the sessions and via the course site. This really sets them apart from other bootcamps, especially those provided online.
The course covers all the hot topics in the Data Science field, grounding in the perspective that the bootcamp is looking to prepare students with a broad range of experiences. I appreciate the context they provide and the thought that went into exposing us to a little bit of everything and the skills to jump in.
