Nucamp is a coding bootcamp that offers part-time, online programs, including Back End, SQL, DevOps with Python (16 weeks); Front End Web & Mobile Development (17 weeks); and Full Stack Web & Mobile Development (22 weeks). Nucamp also offers a 4-week introduction bootcamp that covers the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Nucamp is on a mission to make quality education accessible and affordable to everyone. The online bootcamps include both self-paced and actively mentored study, and there are no more than 15 students per class with a dedicated instructor for each cohort.
Admission is open to all 18-years and older (some states require HS graduation or GED). To enroll in a bootcamp, complete Nucamp's online registration form.

I enrolled at NuCamp after searching for months for a great bootcamp at an affordable price. NuCamp did not disappoint. The learning material was amazing, and I learned so much in a short amount of time, but I did have quite a bit of coding experience beforehand. I learned devops practices and containerization technologies which was completely new for me and was by far my favorite part of the whole bootcamp. I am now enrolled and on track to become a certified docker admin and azure deve...I enrolled at NuCamp after searching for months for a great bootcamp at an affordable price. NuCamp did not disappoint. The learning material was amazing, and I learned so much in a short amount of time, but I did have quite a bit of coding experience beforehand. I learned devops practices and containerization technologies which was completely new for me and was by far my favorite part of the whole bootcamp. I am now enrolled and on track to become a certified docker admin and azure developer through Azure and Docker.
I will say though the job-hunting side has been null. NuCamp has an automated system that sends job postings that are no longer valid. So, keeping that updated would be really good. All of the apprentice and entry level job opportunities I have applied for (over 100) from links posted in NuCamp's job openings discord channel have turned up null as well. With a military background, some college, and a bootcamp completed, I have four projects on my GitHub, with a great understanding of programing, but without a BA, companies hardly look twice at you.
Companies would rather take a freshie out of college with no experience over bootcamp graduates with skills and military backgrounds.
Even the companies who have "partnerships" with NuCamp to hire their graduates, such as Accenture leave a lot of students', including my apps floating in limbo without even denying our application.
The bootcamp was really great, had great material, and no matter what kind of background you come from, you will come out of it a better programmer. Just finding jobs in an oversaturated market seems to be very difficult. I ended up doing an experiment and listed on my indeed I had a BA in something unrelated to software such as liberal arts. And i got a ton of interviews after that, which proves companies do not even care if you have a software related degree, you can have whatever degree and they will still hire you and train you in their software language than hire a bootcamp graduate. which is very discouraging.
The only thing I wish NuCamp offered was more advanced course in containerization technologies with the cloud services of our choosing. Like AWS charges you even in the free tier and educational material aws offers, but azure keeps everything free when you are going through their learning platform. So as a student being able to choose what cloud platform to learn would be very beneficial and give students the ability to specialize in one and become proficient at that one, instead of learning a little bit of all three cloud service providers. All in all I would say the bootcamp is worth it but be prepared to look into more cert programs such as official certs through docker or the cloud services so that you are more appealing to companies.Katie of Nucamp

It's great to hear that you became a better programmer, and that you enjoyed Docker, too. The course is meant to upskill for the entry level; advanced containerization and specialization in a particular cloud platform are outside the scope of the bootcamp.
We fixed the links with some apprenticeship opportunities, and communicated that to all our graduates. The links inside the emails of 9/12, 9/14, 9/15 should all be working (some applications are of course now officially closed, but please check them periodically for openings).

Greate experience!
I am very glad that out of all the opportunities available to me, I chose “Nucamp”. This is an affordable option (especially compared to Israel), a flexible schedule (you can choose a day for workshoop), and the ability to combine it with work (but don’t think it will be easy). Very responsive instructors who are always ready to answer any questions and help with assignments. Great instructors. Pretty fast paced bootcamp.
Ultimately this bootcamp good price and reviews were what made my decision to dive in. I liked it, although I struggled a little with the speed of the program and sometimes with trying to keep up with all the tutorials and information, especially with Javascript and React, for me though. Affordable, but lacks depth
I wanted a change of career. It was overall a good experience, but I'm not sure it has enough practice or goes deep enough into the subjects to prepare for a future job. Excellent So Far!
Nucamp's affordability led me to try it out. Honestly, I am enjoying it very much! Having other students who are learning as well sure helps! Nucamp - Full Stack course

Started Well But Disappointed .....
NuCamp Started Great for Me with the Web Development course and led me to believe I could undertake this (a long time goal) to become a Full Stack Developer. I am a busy professional and it is challenging to carve out time when competing with things outside and often times not controllable.
I found that there is a very big difference between instructors at NuCamp, and that starting off the bootstrap course required new concepts in setup of computing platforms and resources. And ...NuCamp Started Great for Me with the Web Development course and led me to believe I could undertake this (a long time goal) to become a Full Stack Developer. I am a busy professional and it is challenging to carve out time when competing with things outside and often times not controllable.
I found that there is a very big difference between instructors at NuCamp, and that starting off the bootstrap course required new concepts in setup of computing platforms and resources. And while I accomplished that (as I am a network engineer by trade and familiar with IT and compute platforms in general), I had to go back and redo the setup procedures between 2 different machines a couple times.
While this was good practice I felt that the setup documentation was lacking and to make matters worse the course and instructor made no allowance for this and just simply went too fast through content to ever really be able to catch up. The time on Saturday's which started out good in the web development course we're really not 2-way in the Full Stack Course and it was just a one way verbatim of the week's summary slides, which I felt should have been more of a guided review with Q&A on the exercises and activities completed during the week.
I am a technologist by trade for 20 years and an SVP of Engineering so my judgement should be a bit better than average, but I saw a lot of my other classmates seriously struggling as well.
I really liked the principle and first experience of NuCamp, but have to say I was very disappointed in the failure to establish a good and positive feedback loop to the Full Stack course for students and the pace was just simply too fast to learn by watching a short youtube segment and then plowing through exercises only to get to Saturday and listen to a lecture on the summary slides of the week.
I am disappointed in myself for not keeping up, and still have my goal of full stack development proficiency but I have to reassess if this format is a good one to learn from at the pace it is plowing through content with little time for Q&A.
Still a NuCamp Fan but feel like a bit of care and better instructions should be devoted to purpose, intent (where you will start and where you will end up for each course), requirements and setup of tools needed to get your platform right and a little thumbs up to the class before rushing ahead and getting everyone weeks behind just running to catchup.
As a technical person I like to hear: here is what you will learn in the course, where you should be at when you start and here is what you will be able to do when you complete the course, here is what you are going to install, this is what it allows your machine to do, this is the process overhead of how it affects computing platforms and the differences between directory and proper file structure management between courses, modules and technical tool requirements.
Anyway, sadly this approach and pace to full stack failed for me and I would like to return again and attempt with a different instructor. While I am still being billed monthly the instructor cut off my access to course live workshops and never responded to my inquiries in what her recommendations would be to get caught up.
Bootstrap was in fact one of the areas I was looking forward to most and just the beginning of the course series, so very sad that I cannot listen along and try to absorb as much as possible for my next attempts... while I am still being billed.... that doesn't seem right to me....... Definitely worth the investment
Nucamp was a great next-step experience for me regarding my Python travels. The Fundamentals course has well moved me from intermittent self-learning, to intentional and fully engaged. My instructor (Jack) was a legit pro.
