Nucamp is a coding bootcamp that offers part-time, online programs, including Back End, SQL, DevOps with Python (16 weeks); Front End Web & Mobile Development (17 weeks); and Full Stack Web & Mobile Development (22 weeks). Nucamp also offers a 4-week introduction bootcamp that covers the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Nucamp is on a mission to make quality education accessible and affordable to everyone. The online bootcamps include both self-paced and actively mentored study, and there are no more than 15 students per class with a dedicated instructor for each cohort.
Admission is open to all 18-years and older (some states require HS graduation or GED). To enroll in a bootcamp, complete Nucamp's online registration form.
Students of the longer bootcamps are prepared for entry-level, Junior web developer jobs. Nucamp offers career services and 1:1 career coaching to bootcamp students. Nucamp also offers exclusive access to a nationwide job board tailored to Nucamp graduates.

Full Stack Web Developer
I chose to enroll in Nucamp because of all the positive reviews. I looked at other bootcamps but the price and what you get for it won me over. I love how it is 100% online and I love the community that you become a part of. This has so far been one of the best experiences for me and I would recommend this to anyone who is just learning or anyone who already has some skills in coding. Best bang for buck!
Pretty solid bootcamp on the fundamentals course which I had taken. Honestly the best bang for buck value out of any other bootcamp out there. I have learned so much!
I am a project manager at a web design company but I want to be a bigger part of the actual design and development process, I am leaning towards switching into web development instead of management. I took the Web Development Fundamentals course - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and learned a ton just in four weeks, I decided to stick with NuCamp since I enjoyed the first course so much and am now currently enrolled in the Front End Web and Mobile & Mobile Development. Nucamp is flexible and works for my learning style. The only two things I don't like are:
1) Some instructors are better than others.
2) The videos can be very dry and the voice over is not great..
I recommend suplementing this course with Angela Yu on Udemy (full stack web development) and go on Career Karma (an app) to talk to people in the industry if your instructor is unavailable.

Web Fundamentals Course (4 weeks)
I started by learning how to code on my own but was having difficulty setting up my own structured path to becoming a developer. I searched many different boot camps but what ultimately led me to choose Nucamp was their affordability. I think their prices are very reasonable. I took their Web Fundamentals course to start off. I think they can improve their instructional videos by giving clearer examples of the material you are learning and by having someone one who is more energetic and ...I started by learning how to code on my own but was having difficulty setting up my own structured path to becoming a developer. You study throughout the week and meet virtually on Saturdays for about 4 hours with your actual instructor. I found the Saturday classes to be too short and the instructor seemed rushed to get through the course review. If they can instead take the classes to 6 hours I think that would help. They do provide plenty of external resources to help you find information including Slack which connects you with people who can help with any questions you have. One last thing was that their course felt way too fast paced but that may just have been me and also their Web Fundamentals course is only 1 month long. I think it would be better for the student if it was at least 2 months long (ideally 3 months). Overall I did enjoy the course and as long as you put in the effort everyday and commit to at least 3-4 hours of studying per day I think you should be fine. It's worth it. Great Starting Experience!
Nucamp had a lot of great reviews, the schedule of the courses was a great fit for me. Although it was mentioned before starting the course it was a bit tough with Saturday meetings. I am thankful I was able to attend the Web Development (HTML, CSS & JavaScript) course. It was a good ingress point into fundamental understanding and have learned that coding will only scale where it is embedded in every facet of technology. My instructor also helped us navigate the unknowns during our workshops which really helped me dumb it down to better comprehend.
