I'm blessed to be able to work as a dental assistant part-time. Since I feel that I am a full-time student at TripleTen. Technically, this is a part-time program all done online. With dedicating 5 hrs a day five days a week gives a total of 20 hours a week. I am currently in the software engineering coding boot camp. TripleTen not only offers software engineering, but other programs as well. TripleTen offers programs in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Quality Assurance. There is a personality quiz that you can take to help place you in the best-suggested program. When I am finished with the program, then I will be considered a Full Stack Web Developer. To be considered a "Full Stack Developer", an individual needs to have knowledge & training in both, front-end and back-end software engineering. The starting salary for this field is 80k with room for financial growth. I do believe, that once a student is fully trained in front-end engineering, they can start to seek a job position in the field. Front-end engineers have a starting salary average of 50k plus. These positions normally include full-time benefits, as well as, job perks. Not bad! TripleTen has a very strong, all-a-round, support program. Especially with their accelerated career program. Any potential student can use an opportunity to join AMA meetings with a career coach to help get questions answered regarding the job search. In respect of organized time management, it is asked that the team members come to the meeting prepared with questions and topics to discuss. After a student finishes the program, they can take part in the Career Acceleration program. This part of the program specializes in career coaches to help students prepare resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, and GitHub pages. This is a time when coaches can specialize with graduates. Career coaches help specialize in guiding successful students to create a strong profile for themselves. This is to help make themselves shine for potential career opportunities. For example, showing off and documenting newly high-tech skills learned, or projects that were created from complete scratch. Externships are offered. However, participation in externing starts once the students have completed Sprint 10. There are a total of 15 Sprints that take roughly 2-3 weeks to complete. Don't worry if you need more time. The program is very understanding and generous in regards to extending timelines. The best way to explain Sprint work is like working through modules or chapters. The Sprints help you complete your way through the program. First, you will learn HTML and CSS. Once you are trained with HTML and CSS, then you are considered a "front-end engineer". Next, you will start learning how to code using Javascript. Which is pretty much-adding functionality to your webpage. For example, clicking on links, opening & closing pop-ups, and creating forms for users to fill out whatever personal information that might be needed. Also, creating & using a save or submit button. At the end of each Sprint, there is a project. Don't worry, the program walks you through it. Usually, your project will start from scratch. Then, the student builds to it during each sprint and adds on to the project at the end of each Sprint. This program has been extremely intense, but yet rewarding at the same time. The platform we use to communicate is called Discord. I like Discord because it gives us a platform to be able to communicate with other students, teachers, tutors, and career coaches. TripleTen coding bootcamp offers what is called "office hours". Office hours are for when students can join together on a Zoom meeting to discuss their current a like studies. Office hours are good to attend if you are dealing with similar situations or difficulties that other students are also experiencing. They are also good to attend just for fun to help with learning and understanding. Students can also come together to discuss and collaborate on helping each other get through different individual struggles. Using Discord as our platform gives us an easy way to share our thoughts, feelings, and frustrations. Students also enjoy sharing new codes to use to help. It is really fun to be able to share new tips and tricks with codes that we are learning along the way. It is great to have a strong community where everyone comes together. Even beginner students try to help newer struggling students get through any roadblocks. It's a great way to network and communicate. Learning to code is a lot like learning a new language. It reminds me of when I learned how to speak Spanish. First, I had to listen to the language over and over again. Hearing the language repetitively and consistently helped a lot with learning to understand. Once I could listen and understand, then I learned how to read and write the language. The last thing I remember learning was verbally speaking the language. It's most definitely constant, endless learning. Even once you are fluent, there are still new things to learn about the language. Which is a wonderful thing, because it means there is room for constant growth. Personally, learning Spanish has been a lot like coding. It takes lots of practice. Even after years of practicing, I will still be learning new things. This is important for me mentally, because it keeps my mind growing with learning new things. I am currently bored as a dental assistant because there is only so much to learn as an assistant. As well as, financially. So, with this program, I have found the change I needed. I feel there is endless learning with coding and endless amounts of dollars to be made. Enter TripleTen. Truth be told, they got to me at the exact right time, offering "The fastest way into tech" through their QA Engineering Program. Getting connected and enrolled in the program was a breeze and they offered loan options that would allow me to get hired and start earning before worrying about paying my tuition back. After my acceptance, I was put on course to begin with the next QA program beginning within the month.
I will be honest about one thing. I would highly recommend at least some background in coding before taking on this program. The course was structured in a way that allowed you to get building blocks moving into each new section, but without some basic understanding, you will likely end up doing some extra homework on the side to catch up. The program itself is set up to resemble the day-to-day of a QA engineer with projects that cap sprints that teach you the fundamentals of everything from test planning to writing automated test scripts. All skills that will be crucial to find a role in QA.
TripleTen's QA program does offer quite a bit of support along the way. Students are assigned a success coach who can help them find resources throughout the program. They have a Discord channel that offers a variety of resources that you will find useful along the way. Tutors are attentive to questions posted in the Sprint-related forums. Sprint-specific resources that give you advice on Capstone projects. Career channels that offer advice and tips on getting a job once you are finished with the program. Additionally, links to tutor and co-working hours are posted on Discord daily for extra assistance when necessary.
Finally, I want to touch on what, for me, was the most valuable aspect of the program. Career Acceleration. Once you complete your program, you gain access to career resources and, in my case, access to Career Acceleration. Upon entering this stage, you are coached on setting up a proper LinkedIn profile and getting your resume up to snuff. It is at this stage that you also work with a Career Coach to develop a job-seeking strategy. Your coach will help you target industries and positions where you will stand out because of your previous experience bolstered by your new QA Engineering certificate. They help you learn which jobs to go after and how to get them. Finally, they are there every step of the way through the interview and offer-acceptance period to help you achieve what it is that you're truly after, a new career.
I can honestly say that I wouldn't have landed my new position without the help of TripleTen. I highly recommend this program to folks looking to break into tech. The foundational knowledge can and will lead you where you are hoping to go.

Best Decision Ever
Because life is unpredictable I found myself seriuously considering a carreer change a few months ago. While I started looking into new paths that would interest me, I was not actively searching for something new to study, but I began to notice more and more ads about TripleTen in my social media. The Quality Assurance Engineer program caught my eye because it was perfect for me: someone that wants to work in tech but doesn't have a tech background. The Sprint system is a great introduct...Because life is unpredictable I found myself seriuously considering a carreer change a few months ago. While I started looking into new paths that would interest me, I was not actively searching for something new to study, but I began to notice more and more ads about TripleTen in my social media. The Quality Assurance Engineer program caught my eye because it was perfect for me: someone that wants to work in tech but doesn't have a tech background. The Sprint system is a great introduction to the workflow and while the first two were relatively easily, I am in the middle of the program and the learning curve has started to grow more and more, still the content is very easy to digest (taking notes work for me!) I like there is a lot of resourses and support available at all times thanks to the Discord server, and that we can talk with other students and share our victories and difficulties together. The support given by the success manager is also appreciated, they have very good advice and recommendations. Lastly, the Carreer Support is very reliable in my opinion. As someone that doesn't have a background in tech, and never understood LinkedIn, I learned how to do a good resume, how to revamp my LinkedIn and use it effectively to connect with others and, last but not least, this advice helped me land a new job which I will start soon in an industry I have only dreamed on working. TLDR: I am more than happy and satisfied with this program. QA Training Enhanced My Existing Skill Set - Valuable Cross-Training Experience

The program provided a good mix of both manual and automated testing principles. While I didn't plan to transition fully into a QA role, I recognized how valuable these skills would be in any tech-related position.
The program provided a good mix of both manual and automated testing principles. Starting with the fundamentals of testing methodology, we progressed through manual testing techniques using tools like DevTools and Postman, then advanced to automation using JavaScript and Selenium WebDriver. The curriculum was well-structured and practical, with each sprint building upon previous knowledge.
What I found most valuable was learning the QA mindset - how to think critically about software functionality, identify potential issues, and document problems effectively. These skills have proven invaluable in my current role, where I can now better communicate with QA teams and incorporate testing principles into my existing work processes.
The hands-on projects were particularly beneficial, teaching real-world testing scenarios and industry-standard tools like Jira for bug tracking. Understanding Git workflow from a QA perspective also added depth to my version control knowledge.
Although I chose not to pursue a dedicated QA career, the skills and knowledge I gained through TripleTen's program were absolutely essential to landing my current technical support position at a company that focuses on SaaS. I couldn't have made this career transition without the training in QA principles, testing methodologies, and technical fundamentals that the program provided. The certification and hands-on experience from TripleTen gave me the credibility and expertise needed to succeed in my current role, where I regularly collaborate with Dev and QA teams. I can now better understand testing requirements and collaborate more effectively with QA teams and developers. The program has given me a valuable additional perspective that complements my existing expertise.
For anyone considering this program, I'd emphasize that the skills learned are valuable beyond just QA roles - they're fundamental to understanding software quality and can enhance any tech-related career path.
My only caveat was the externships need to be better set up. Submitting and showing interest in the externship in July, graduating in september, and then not being accepted into an externship until mid-February is just way too long. After graduation, it is crucial to continue keeping those skills fresh and the lack of communication and awareness of what place you are in regarding the externship left ALOT to be desired. TripleTen is amazing. I really love how the coursework is divided up not only into projects you can add to your portfolio, but they add in extra stuff for career building, or even time management. This course is well developed and works well with ANY schedule. You get plenty of time to complete your work, and if you get stuck there are always options for getting help! I love I did not have to wait a long time for a response to any question I had. I wish I had been more outgoing and talked to other students in the “informal” channel, but no worries, I am pleased to know you will have access to the platform even when you have completed the course. There is a community for alumni to network as well. This is a great way to network and learn how to feel comfortable communicating online. I appreciate that this program offers a career preparation program for jobs. Also, there are externships and other practice opportunities. After completing this program and looking at where I started, I can conquer anything with determination and resilience. Excellent Training Course!

I made the decision to try to get into the Tech World during the time my small business was slow. I needed something different, something new, and I felt like it was time for a change.
I did a lot of research on different schools and different fields. I had a huge passion for computers, gaming, and even live streaming…but never learned the ins and outs of the tech world. Many schools near me in Florida had a lot to offer. But were very costly and not as flexible as I needed. I came across a TripleTen ad on TikTok and I did some research. Their offerings were great, their flexibility was awesome, and it wasn’t as expensive as many schools I researched.
A couple months in now, and I am so glad I made the decision. The lessons have been so good! Step by step at the own pace, it is very easy to learn and during the hard moments, the TripleTen team including the Tutors and your personal success managers…are just amazing. I am so happy with what I have already learned in a couple months and can’t wait to see what’s ahead. I made a great choice!
